After School Programs
Before or after school programs provide the opportunity for teens and younger children to “dive deeper” into yoga in a smaller more intimate setting. Perfect for a non-competitive option for extra curricular activities with zero pressure to “perform” at a specific level.
A regular yoga practice for teenagers allows them to focus and concentrate better, gives them tools and strategies for managing stress and anxiety, promotes better sleep, helps to regulate moods and deal with difficult emotions. Along with this it helps a growing body adjust with the problem of varying rates of bone and muscle growth, increases flexibility and coordination, promotes better posture, improving strength and increasing fitness.
Private and semi-private yoga classes are available for adults, children, teens or family. Through private classes your yoga class is very specific to your own individual needs and wants.
